Delete Your Dungeon Calendar Account

Dungeon Calendar allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

In Dungeon Calendar, open User Settings, then go to Account Security. Select the Delete Account button to remove your account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verification of your request, Dungeon Calendar will delete:

• Account profile information
• Username
• Campaign memberships
• Player profile information
• Stored scheduling and availability information
• Authentication records associated with the account

Data That May Be Retained

The following information may be retained for a limited period when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, or dispute resolution:

• Subscription transaction records processed by Stripe
• Server logs and security records
• Backup records pending automatic deletion

Retention Period

Most account data is deleted within 30 days of verification of the request. Certain billing or security records may be retained for up to 90 days when required by applicable laws or service-provider requirements.
